How to measure your child's feet to buy shoes
- Grab a tape measure or ruler
- Stand your child against a wall with their heels right up against the wall
- Make sure their feet are straight and flat on the ground
- Measure the distance from the wall to the end of the biggest toe, in mm
- Repeat for the other foot - usually one is bigger than the other, it's normal!
- Use the biggest measurement and add 8 to 10 mm of ''wiggle room''. This gives you the inner sole measurement of the shoe size you need to buy.
- Each size of our shoes will list the inner sole measurement next to the size.
- Note that the sizing can vary between different styles of our shoes [a size 24 in one style is not always the same in another style]. This is due to different molds being used to create the sole for different styles. So please check the measurement for the size each time!
Example: Biggest foot measures 150 mm. Look for a shoe size that is 158 - 160 mm.
